Riverkings Alumni Come Back To Help Mentor & Train

Wisconsin Rapids, WI – As the Riverkings grow and build their hockey program, they have some great alumni to help them achieve it!  Blake Anderson and Sam Nelson ('15-16 Riverkings) came back to town to skate with boys and help Coach Martin Quarters and Wayne Brown during training camp this week.  Blake helped to mentor and coach the Defenseman and Sam helped to mentor and run our goalie sessions before practice.

Blake was a Riverkings captain and league All-Star defenseman and is now currently playing at University of Wisconsin River Falls.  Sam was a former Riverkings All-Star goalie and is currently the starting goalie at Concordia College (Moorhead).

We are fortunate and want to thank them for their help! It's because of them and all former players that have helped shaped the culture and have left such a positive legacy on the team and league.
