Tampa Bay Juniors Sweep Hawks

 
Wesley Chapel, FL - The Tampa Bay Juniors Premier and Elite teams swept the Palm Beach Hawks over the weekend.  TBJ Premier won 5-4 Saturday in Palm Beach before coming home Sunday and winning another back and forth game 6-5 in overtime with Jory McWilliams netting the game winner.   With the sweep, Tampa moved to within 2 points of the first place Hawks.
 
TBJ Elite also took overtime to win Saturday 5-4 in Palm Beach on Zach Parker's game winner.  Sunday was a different story as Tampa scored three 3rd period goals to pull away 6-1.  TBJ Elite continues its hold on first place with a 12-6-1 record.

Saturday 11/11 at Palm Beach
TBJ Premier 5  Palm Beach 4 
Palm Beach would jump to a 4-1 lead before Saxon Greene's 2 goals and an assist helped Tampa come back.  Daniel Seniov had 3 assist in the game including setting up Evan Hoffberg at the 10:56 mark that held up for the winning goal.  Dylan Gluck had 45 saves in goal for the win.
 
TBJ Elite 5  Palm Beach 4 O.T.
Zach Parker, with an assist from Mark Louria, got the game winner in overtime to give Tampa the thrilling win.  Louria would also add 2 more assist in the back and forth game.  Jordan Blumberg made 27 saves in the win.
 
Sunday 11/12 at Florida Hospital Center Ice
TBJ Premier 6  Palm Beach 5 O.T.
Jory McWilliams scored at 3:30 of the overtime to lift Tampa to the sweep of the Hawks.  McWilliams would add another goal and an assist with David Tmej and Daniel Seniov each getting 1 goal and 1 assist.   Tyler Roy had 22 saves for the win in goal.
 
TBJ Elite 6  Palm Beach 1
Perry Giannino had 17 saves in the first two periods before Tampa would score three in the third period to pull away 6-1.  Jaakko Kiukas and Zach Parker each had 2 goals and Mark Louria had 4 assist in the win.  Tampa continues it's lead in the Florida Division with 25 points.
