USPHL Adds 2nd Level of Midget Hockey for ’18-’19 Season & Is Currently Accepting Applications for New Teams

Boston, MA – The USPHL is continuing its expansion plans to include a new Midget division.  Currently, the league operates divisions in 18U, 16U and 16U Futures.  These divisions will remain as is.

The new division will feature a new level of 16U hockey and will be full season and include teams such as the Islanders Hockey Club, South Shore Kings and Junior Bruins.

“Continuously evolving our midget/youth programs is important for the league as we continue to grow.  These players are the future of growth to the league so it is important we keep the schedule and teams competitive,” states Commissioner Gallant.

The USPHL is currently accepting applications for new teams to join the new division for the ’18-’19 season.

This is just one of many exciting additions for the USPHL as the league continues to expand its presence across the United States.  Follow the league and stay up to date with all news on www.usphl.com and on our social media accounts - @USPHL.
