The Wisconsin Dells Ducks, proud members of the USPHL, are pleased to announce that netminder Emil Norrman  has committed to play college hockey at Buffalo State The State University of New York. Buffalo State plays NCAA Division 3 hockey, The Bengals compete in the SUNYAC Conference.

Norrman  (6’3/180) joined the Ducks at the beginning of the season. He was brought on by the coaching staff to bolster the goaltending position, which is traditionally a strength for the Dells Ducks organization. Norrman did exactly that.

It has been pretty smooth sailing for the native of Stockholm, Sweden. “ I really enjoyed my time in the Dells, Head Coach Jeff Worlton and assistant coach Jack Winger provided a place to get better on and off the ice.  I would like to thank my billet family for providing me a great place to live. I am thankful for all the hard work that the coaches made me and my teammates do.  I would like to thank my teammates for all the help night in and night out. Buffalo State feels like a great place for me to take that next step in my career, I would also like to thank team owner John Schwarz.”

Head Coach Jeff Worlton has been impressed with Norrman during his time with the Ducks. “We’re unbelievably proud of this accomplishment for Emil,” Worlton said. “He is a great goalie, great teammate, great person, and has put in the work behind the scenes to make this happen”.
