Jacob Ford Joins Cherokee (Will Enter First Season With Tribe)

Toledo Ohio:      The Toledo Cherokee proud members of the USPHL Premier (Great Lakes Conference) are excited to announce the signing of defensemen Jacob Ford for the 2019-2020 season.

The Wyandotte MI native played the last three season for Wyandotte High School during the 2018-19 season he suited up in twenty-four games where he scored four goals and added ten assists for fourteen points.

"Jacob is a good skating defenseman that moves the puck well, he is a guy that we expect to play important minutes for us as the year gets going." Said head coach Kenny Miller

Ford joins, Nate Brown Kyler Bayes, Austin Ward, Kieran O'Connell, Caleb Williams, Mitchell Dickman, Chad Simmerman, Alex Miller, Tyler Fox, Matt Gilbert, Jake Ruehle, Devon Dohanos, Tyler Fredrick, Paavo Sammalisto, Reese Boehme, Zeth Stelmaszak, Bailey Byrd, Justin Maroszek, Bryce Davis, Mason Snyder and Anthony Weinrich as players committed to the Cherokee for the 2019-2020 season.
