The Lansing Wolves are very pleased to announce Ray Hyde has joined the organization as the Director of Scouting.

Hyde comes to the Lansing Wolves from Grand Rapids where he has lived the past eight years. He grew up playing youth and high school hockey in the Northwest Suburbs before transitioning to coaching in college.

Hyde has experience coaching all levels of amateur hockey from U16 Elite, Varsity High School and ACHA college hockey. He was most recently an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for Davenport University for the past two-plus years.

While at Davenport, Hyde was responsible for recruiting prospective student athletes from the High School, Youth Tier 1, and Junior ranks for a perennial national contending program.

Hyde is looking to leverage his past experience and relationships in the hockey community to build a roster that will compete at a USPHL National Championship level.

Hyde will handle scouting duties for the Wolves and also provide valuable insight for the Wolves NCDC affiliate throughout Michigan and the Midwest. Welcome aboard Ray Hyde!
