Toledo Ohio: The Toledo Cherokee members of the USPHL Premier (Great Lakes Conference) are excited to announce the signing of goaltender Jack Lundkvist for the 2020-2021 season.
The Stockholm Sweden native spent last season in the USPHL Mid-West Division with the Dells Ducks. Prior to coming to the United States Lundkvist skated with the Aik Harnosand J20 Elite Team.
"Jack is a kid that played in the USPHL last season and seen a lot of pucks on a nightly basis and was still was able to put up good numbers, as a twenty year old we expect him to come in and make an impact right away." Said head coach Kenny Miller. "He is a kid that will work hard every day on his craft so he can play at the next level."
Lundkvist joins Tyler Fox (F), Bryce Davis (F), Caleb Williams (F), Ondrej Dupal (F), Mitchell Dickman (F), Jake Ruehle (D), Nate Brown (D), Jimmy Roberts (F), Michael Bushell (D), Carter Minch (D), Mason Snyder (G), Seth Orozco (D) and Steven Yeiser (G) as players committed to the Cherokee for the upcoming season.
