Hudson, NH – The Northern Cyclones organization is thrilled to announce the formation of the ‘Ryan Frew Memorial Golf Tournament’. The first annual event, which honors and celebrates the life of the late Ryan Frew, will take place on Monday, May 24th, 2021. The event will take place at the Sky Meadow Country Club in Nashua, New Hampshire and will begin promptly at 10:00 am.

This memorial tournament was formed by the Northern Cyclones organization to remember and celebrate the life of New Hampshire Junior Monarchs NCDC General Manager and Head Coach Ryan Frew. A longtime rival and friend of the Cyclones, Coach Frew’s impact and friendship was felt throughout the entire Cyclones organization. His devastating loss has impacted everyone in the New Hampshire hockey community.

“We will never forget our friend,” Cyclones co-Owner and NCDC Head Coach Bill Flanagan said. “Every year that I am an owner of the Cyclones, we will host this tournament to help Ryan’s family with whatever money the tournament makes. He gave himself to others, and others now will step up and help his family!”

Entry fee for the tournament is $200 and includes 18 holes scramble format, breakfast and dinner, clubhouse prizes and on course hole challenges!

Hole sponsorship is $500. Those interested in sponsoring a hole or for more information can reach out to Bill Flanagan ( or Chris Zuccaro (

All tournament proceeds go directly to the Frew family!
