Hub City Tampa Day 4: Junior Bruins, Cyclones Earn Close NCDC Wins

Day 4 saw lighter action than the three previous days, but still some outstanding action in rinks up and down the West Coast of Florida. 

NCDC

Northern Cyclones 4, Connecticut Jr. Rangers 3 (OT)

Chris Tamer nailed home the overtime game-winner in a big bounceback effort for the Cyclones a day after a tough loss. 

 

Boston Junior Bruins 3, New Hampshire Jr. Monarchs 2

A big-time showdown between two North Division leaders saw the Junior Bruins go up 3-1 on a Dom Garozzo goal. New Hampshire tried their best in a valiant comeback attempt, but the Junior Bruins held on.

 

Philadelphia Hockey Club 5, PWHPA All-Stars 0 (exh.)  

Christian Manz got the shutout and five different goal-scorers put home shots for a PHC win. 

 

USPHL Elite

Florida Eels 5, Northern Cyclones 2

Kaleb Harrop scored two goals as the Eels enjoyed a Hub City home win in Fort Myers.
