The Tribe will then travel to Wooster on Sunday to finish the regular season with a matinee start of 3:30PM
"This is a big week for us, if we take care of business it puts us a great spot to get that first round bye of the playoffs." Said head coach Kenny Miller "With a couple wins this week we can lock up home ice in the second round of the playoffs, which will be huge for us because our crowds have been great all season and we expect that to be the same in the playoffs."
***Notes*** On Saturday night prior to puck drop the Toledo Cherokee will honor the following players as they play their last regular season home game as a 20-year old in a Cherokee jersey. The Cherokee will honor Nate Brown (Sheffield Lake OH), Brendan Higgins (South Rockwood MI), Jake Ruehle (Sylvania OH), Matt Snyder (Waterville OH), Drew Welsch (Trenton MI), Steven Prati (Summerfield MI), Timmy Organ (Lambertville MI) and Caleb Williams (Genoa OH).
