RVA Generals Dman Hayden Clark Commits to UW-Stout NCAA Division 3

 RVA Generals Dman Hayden Clark ( 6'1 190 LD LS 00 ) commits to UW-Stout. The Blue Devils play at the NCAA Division 3 level of play in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference ( WIAC ).

   Hayden played for the Richmond Generals USPHL Premier team this season appearing in 8 regular season games scoring 1 goal and adding 7 assists for 8 points. Clark also appeared in 3 playoff games for the Generals adding 1 assist for 1 point .

   Clark on playing for the Generals, "Playing for the Generals was a great experience and opportunity for me.  From day 1 the guys and the coaches made me feel like part of their family and took me in like I had been there all year. The Generals coaching staff is one of the best I have been around in my career so far. They truly care not only about the success of the team but more importantly the development of each individual player. My time in Richmond was well spent and truly helped me advance my hockey career and college options. "

   Coach Vit on Clark, " We are very excited by Hayden's commitment to UW-Stout. He is a strong skater who can contribute offensively and will match the style we like to play here.  Hayden's interest in Engineering helped make this a great fit and we are looking forward to having him on campus in the fall. 

   Hayden becomes the 12th current or former Generals Player to commit to a College hockey program for next year. Hayden joins Matt Wood ( Utica College NCAA Division 3 ) , Brennan Luckanish ( Arcadia NCAA Division 3 ), Nathan Solis ( St. Mary's University NCAA Division 3 ), Mike Krupinski ( UMass Boston NCAA Division 3 ), Anthony Morin ( Buffalo State  NCAA Division 3 ), Carter Jordan ( Wilkes University NCAA Division 3 ), Luke Houk ( University of Delaware ACHA Division 1 ), Jake Burke ( Ohio University ACHA Division 1 ), Ryan Murphy ( William Paterson University ACHA Division 1 ), Will Grupp ( George Mason University ACHA Division 1 ), Carter McCormack ( West Chester University ACHA Division 1 ).
