Atlantic West Division

Forward: Andrew Martino, Utica Jr. Comets

Martino (‘02/Utica, N.Y.) continues to see his loyalty to his hometown team paid off. A third-year Jr. Comet, Martino recently posted four goals and two assists to help the Jr. Comets sweep Connecticut on the road. He jumped into third all-time in Utica goals, with 32 on his career.

Defense: Michael Steggall, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Knights

Steggall has quickly adapted himself to success at the Premier level after starting with the Knights’ Elite team. In the Mid-Atlantic Showcase, he posted three assists to help the Knights go 4-0 in New Jersey and remain 8-0 overall.

Logan Palmer, Utica Jr. Comets

The ‘01 out of West Winfield, N.Y., posted his first win in the USPHL Premier, but he is also still undefeated in regulation with a 1-0-1-1 record overall. He stopped 38 of 40 Connecticut shots on Friday.

Atlantic East Division

Forward: Michael Stevens, Rockets Hockey Club

Stevens (‘02/Massapequa, N.Y.) may be new to the Premier Division, but he has a good history within the USPHL. After playing for the USPHL 16U’s P.A.L. Jr. Islanders in 2018-19, he returned to the league to help the Boston Junior Bruins win the USPHL 18U National Championship last year. He posted three goals and five assists in the four games the Rockets played at the Mid-Atlantic Showcase portion of the Hitmen Classic, which they hosted.

Defense: Szymon Bieniek, Rockets Hockey Club

The 2001-born native of Opole, Poland, has gotten off to a good start in the USPHL. With the Rockets, he has posted three assists in six games and he’s also seen four NCDC games with the Rockets Hockey Club squad in the USPHL’s highest tier. He has represented his home country in three separate IIHF tournaments already.

Goaltender: Kyle Marchionna, P.A.L. Jr. Islanders

In just his second Premier game, Marchionna (‘03/Lake Grove, N.Y.) faced down 66 shots from the undefeated Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Knights and forced them into overtime. It’s only a matter of time before he’s turning games like these into P.A.L. victories.

New England Division

Forward: Sean Donoghue, Springfield Pics

Donoghue (‘02/Meriden, N.H.) put together a three-game goal streak, two of which were scored in the scope of this past week. He scored one against the Advantage in an eventual 4-3 overtime victory, and also scored the only Pics goal in a defeat to the New England-leading Bandits.

Defense: Nick Foster, Springfield Pics

Foster (‘02/Amherst, Mass.) has been a rock at the blue line for the Pics, and recently hit some big time offense as well, with a goal and two assists - including on the OT GWG - against the Boston Advantage on Oct. 9. He has helped the Pics stand at third place in the New England Division with a 4-2 record.

Goaltender: Konrad Kausch, Bridgewater Bandits

The ‘02 out of Duluth, Minn., keeps posting outstanding performances to go 4-1 overall, with a 3-0 run recently including wins against the New Hampshire Jr. Monarchs (Oct. 8) and Springfield Pics (Oct. 10). With five games played, his .955 is third in the league among goalies with at least three contests played.
