The Junior Bruins are proud to announce the commitment of Premier division defenseman Clay Han to Dartmouth College for the fall of 2016. The Dartmouth Big Green compete in the ECAC Hockey Conference.

Han, a native of Liberty, OH, is in his third season with the Junior Bruins Premier team after playing for the Ohio Jr. Blue Jackets midget AAA club. In the 2013-14 season, he posted four goals and six assists (10 points) in 40 games and two goals and four assists (6 points) in seven games with the Bruins Elite team.

Last season, Han nearly tripled his point total, netting seven goals and ringing up 20 assists.

“[General Manager] Peter [Masters], [Assistant Coach] John [Butler] and I are extremely happy for Clay,” stated head coach Mike Anderson. “He’s been a great Junior Bruin and it’s been very satisfying to see him mature and develop in our program to the point now where he gets an opportunity at the Division I level. Dartmouth is the perfect place for him academically and athletically and he truly is ready to step into their program and help them right away”.

Han is the twelfth member of the Junior Bruins to announce his college commitment and will join former Bruin Kyle Nickerson at Dartmouth this fall.
