The Westfield, NJ, native joined the Rangers this season after playing for the New Jersey Rockets EHL and MJHL teams. He had also played for the Jersey Hitmen USP3 team in the 2011-12 season.
Pinho recorded three goals and four assists (seven total points) for the Rangers in 38 games.
“Frank is a very strong defensive forward and was a large reason for our turnaround this season,” said Rangers head coach Vinnie Montalbano. “He also proved to be a great leader and he will certainly help Stevenson University as they establish themselves in the NCAA ranks.”
Pinho is one of two Rangers who will suit up for the Mustangs for their inaugural season in the fall.
