Rangers' Kramer Makes NCAA College Decision

Stamford, CT- The Connecticut Jr. Rangers are proud to announce the commitment of Premier defenseman Harry Kramer to Elmira College for the 2016-17 season. The Elmira College Soring Eagles play in the ECAC- West conference.
 
The Wexford, PA, native joined the Rangers prior to the 2014-15 season after playing for the Pittsburgh Penguins Elite of the Tier I Elite Hockey League and North Allegheny (PA) High School.
 
In two seasons with the Rangers, Kramer has contributed three goals and five assists from the blue line.
 
“Harry is a prototypical shutdown defenseman who brings an edge to the blue line,” said Rangers head coach Vinnie Montalbano. “His physical style of play will translate well to college I know he will make his presence known right away next season.”
 
Kramer is one of two USPHL players who will join the Soaring Eagles next season.
