High Performance Youth Blast Brings Top Elite Teams to New Jersey

Bridgewater, NJ- The United States Premier Hockey League, in conjunction with the New Jersey Rockets, are proud to announce the 2016 USPHL High Performance Youth Blast set for September 16-18, 2016. The Youth Blast will be the first-ever showcase tournament for the USPHL High Performance Youth Division, which began play this season.

 

The High Performance Youth Blast will feature a slate of games featuring teams from the 14U Elite, 12U Elite, and 10U Elite divisions. The 14U teams in attendance are the New Jersey Rockets, New York Aviators, PAL Blue Knights, Potomac Patriots, and Westchester Express.
 
12U Elite action includes games involving the CP Dynamo, Hartford Jr. Wolfpack, New Jersey Rockets, New York Aviators, PAL Blue Knights, PAL Jr. Islanders, Potomac Patriots, and Westchester Express.
 
The New Jersey Rockets, New York Aviators, PAL Blue Knights, and CP Dynamo make up the 10U field.
 
“The United States Premier Hockey League is excited to open a new chapter in the league’s history with the High Performance Youth Division, and it’s fitting that our first event is hosted by a storied organization like the New Jersey Rockets,” stated USPHL Deputy Commissioner Leigh Dean. “The High Performance Youth Blast will serve as a great introduction to the USPHL brand at the younger age groups.”
 
Most games will be played at the Bridgewater Sports Arena in Bridgewater, NJ, with selected contests at the Rock Ice Arena in Dunellen, NJ, and the Ice Vault Arena in Wayne, NJ. For more information, including a full schedule, please visit USPHL.com.
