Wesley Chapel, FL - The Tampa Bay Juniors Hockey Club is proud to announce that Premier forward Parker Elvy has officially committed to the Lawrence University Vikings of the NCHA for the 2018-19 season.
Elvy, a native of Madison, WI, has played the past 2 seasons with Tampa, playing in over 80 games including 42 games played this season with 15 goals and 25 assist.
“Parker has been very dedicated both on and off the ice the past 2 years", said head coach Garrett Strot. "He will only get better each year with his dedication and will have a tremendous college career.”
“We are very excited to offer Parker a roster spot," said Lawrence Assistant Coach Pat Macadden, who first saw Elvy at the Florida Showcase. "Parker's has great character both on and off the ice and we are excited about him being part of the Lawrence Hockey Family.”
“I loved my time here in Tampa and playing for TBJ", Said Parker, "It's a different environment with the off ice training and the great facility we have. Just the whole experience playing in Tampa was awesome!”
TBJ wishes Parker and his family the best of luck as he continues his hockey career. Parker is the first TBJ player to commit to a college for next season with many more to follow in the coming weeks.
