South Shore Kings NCDC forward makes College Commitment
The South Shore Kings NCDC club are proud to announce that forward Zach Tyson has committed to Hobart for the fall of 2018.
Coach Gurskis on Tyson: "Zach was one of our most consistent players this season. He played in all situations and was able to produce wherever we put him. Whether it was a timely shorthanded goal or a key face-off win Zach
was able to do it all. I have no doubt that he'll be able to have a great college career."
Tyson on playing for the Kings; "My time with South Shore was such an enjoyable experience. The coaching staff helped develop me into a better hockey player in a 7 month span. Thank you to Coach Gurskis and the entire Kings organization for everything this season."
The Dublin, Ohio native averaged almost a point a game with 17 goals and 23 assist in 43 games.
Zach will join former Kings Jonas Toupal and Brandon Bistodeau as Hobart looks to defend its NEHC title and make another trip to the NCAA National Tournament.
The Kings would like to congratulate Zach and his family on his commitment to the Statesmen.
