Congratulations to this week’s 18U Players Of The Week winners!

Forward: Noah Yerdon, Pittsburgh Vengeance.

Talk about stepping up for your team. With just seven forwards in some games due to injuries, Noah Yerdon (‘01/Monaca, Pa.) rose above - and beyond - for his Vengeance team. In the Pittsburgh squad’s five games at the Hitmen Classic in three days, he scored nine goals and three assists. That helped the Vengeance to a 3-2 overall record and 3-1 league record coming out of their first league weekend.

Defense: Spencer Evans, P.A.L. Jr. Islanders.

The ‘02 from Oyster Bay, N.Y., put together a three-point weekend, including a goal and an assist against CP Dynamo to help the Jr. Islanders go 3-1 overall at the Hitmen Classic.

Goal: Aidan Harper, Skipjacks Hockey Club

An ‘01 from Gurnee, Ill., this UMass-Lowell recruit (for 2020-21) went 3-0 for the Skipjacks at the Hitmen Classic. He gave up just one goal in each of the three games he played, vs. Newbridge Academy, CP Dynamo and the New Hampshire Jr. Monarchs.
