South Shore Kings Premier Captain Tim Sweeney has announced his decision to attend and play hockey at Salve Regina University. The Hanover, MA native racked up 41 points in 86 career games over two years for the Kings Premier team. Sweeney graduated from Xaverian Brothers in 2015 after wearing the "C" for his junior and senior years. 

South Shore Kings Premier defenseman Austin Rook has committed to play college hockey at Army West Point for the 2018-2019 season. The Shrewsbury, MA native is currently in his second season with the Kings Premier team. Over two seasons, Rook has appeared in 49 games collecting 30 points. Rook will join former South Shore Kings Trevor Fidler and Dalton MacAfee at West Point.


USPHL Standings Tighten After South Shore Kings Showcase

The South Shore Kings Showcase wrapped up earlier today after three days of high-intensity hockey from Premier, Elite, and USP3HL teams that knew the stakes in the final weekend of the regular season.

Elite forward and Assistant Captain Kyle Woodruff has committed to Stonehill College for the 2017-2018 season.

Elite Assistant Captain Matthew Clifford has committed to Southern New Hampshire University for the 2017-2018 season.
